CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

We do not sell the personal data of our driving instructors to any third parties. Your data is used solely to enhance the services we provide to you and to ensure a smooth operation of our platform.


GOOGLE USER DATA Our application ("Instructly") uses Google Sign-In and accesses certain Google user data to provide and improve our services. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Accessing Google User Data: When you choose to sign in with your Google account, we request access to your basic profile information, including your name and email address. We only request the minimum necessary permissions to provide our services effectively. Using Google User Data: We use the Google user data we collect for the following purposes: 1. To create and manage your Instructly account 2. To personalize your experience within our application 3. To communicate with you about our services and your account 4. To improve our services and develop new features We do not use Google user data for any purposes other than those explicitly stated in this privacy policy. Storing Google User Data: We store Google user data securely on our servers using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We retain this data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
